OIS® Enhancement Request Meetings
Lincoln, Nebraska – December 21, 2009 – Based on feedback at the 2009 User Group meeting, a monthly WebEx will be scheduled beginning in January 2010 to discuss the Outreach Information System® enhancement requests received in the prior month. These meetings will be held on a monthly basis for Billing Information System customers and on a quarterly basis for Quick-Req® customers. At these meetings, the enhancement requests received since the prior meeting will be discussed and prioritized, allowing TELCOR’s OIS users to provide direction and guidance for the TELCOR product development team. These meetings will essentially replace the long session at the annual User Group meeting at which the entire year’s enhancement requests were reviewed.
