Video Conferencing Offered by OIS® Service and Implementation
Lincoln, Nebraska – March 15, 2010 – TELCOR’s implementation and service departments are now offering video conferencing to promote communication with its existing Outreach Information System® customers. This technology allows TELCOR’s staff to respond and interact in a face-to-face environment with its customers to make the remote implementation or service troubleshooting an easier, smoother process.
