TELCOR Introduces iLabBill™
Lincoln, Nebraska – March 24, 2010 – TELCOR is excited to announce the introduction of iLabBill, a new Outreach Information System® product designed to allow laboratories to provide an online payment option for their patients. With iLabBill, patients will be able to view their real-time account information and account history and pay online via secure credit card processing or PayPal™. Laboratories who supplement their TELCOR Billing Information System with the iLabBill option will be able to customize iLabBill’s appearance to extend their laboratory’s brand identity and configure the secure transaction process to match their laboratory’s needs (i.e., which credit cards to accept, which credit card authorization gateway to use). iLabBill will allow laboratories to not only expand their patient services by creating an online payment option, but it will improve patient satisfaction and reduce the amount of time spent manually processing payments.
